I want to change my delivery address

If you have made your order in the last 24hrs there is a chance we can change your delivery address before it is in the AUS Post system. 

Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to change delivery address, making sure your message or email includes:

- Full name

- Order number

- Full new delivery address

If your order was made more than 24hrs ago, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your delivery address, but you can contact AUS Post who will be able to change your delivery address if it has not yet been sent out with their couriers.
